Leon has extensive experience encompassing the areas of finance, marketing, distribution, and manufacturing. He brings to the Board sound financial management expertise, having held the position of Victorian Secretary and Accountant for Hills Industries Ltd, where he was responsible for a diversified product base including export activity and global budgeting. Because of his broad knowledge and business experience, Leon has a thorough understanding of the product manufacturing process right through to the distribution level.
More recently, Leon held management positions in finance and sales, and also held directorships in the Automotive, Real Estate and Aged Care industries. He currently oversees an investment portfolio involving Manufacture, Mining and Development companies, including some with international operations. Leon sits on a number of Boards and holds directorships with numerous companies, including Digislide Holdings Ltd, International Retirement Communities Pty Ltd, Heath Investments Pty Ltd, ATH Holdings Pty Ltd, ATH Nominees Pty Ltd, Sharksafe Pty Ltd, and AU Pacific Ltd.
